With the UK senior ice hockey summer break now more than half way through, the Milton Keynes Lightning can confirm details of their first pre-season challenge fixtures. Lightning supporters are eager to see how the new-look roster recruited by Head Coach, Pete Russell, performs ahead of the 2015-16 EPIHL season.

Phil Hill expects to thrive on the pressure of fighting for a second successive league title with EPL champions The Tigers next season.
The GB forward agreed terms on a move from Sheffield Steelers last week, as Tom Watkins puts the finishing touches to his line-up.
He will temporarily rejoin his former side for September’s CHL campaign, but is committed to securing another championship for the Shropshire club.

Manchester Phoenix will bring English Premier League ice hockey to North Wales next season, after the club agreed a deal with Flintshire County Council to use Deeside Ice Rink.
Plans for a 3000-seater arena in Manchester - featuring an Olympic-sized ice pad - has the backing of developers and will eventually become the club's permanent base.
But with the English Premier League campaign starting in September, Phoenix bosses have elected to play home games in Flintshire next season.

Forward Ben Campbell will spend a 6th season with the Guildford Flames ice hockey club. The Durham born skater iced 57 times last season, putting in his best offensive showing since arriving at Spectrum by finishing 4th in team scoring with 14 goals and 50 points. He has had a hand on 5 trophies during his stay, including back to back League and Cup titles across 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 after a playoff championship during his first campaign with the club in 2010-2011. In 281 career Flames starts, the 28 year old has totalled 211 points from 82 goals and 129 assists.
