Forward Lukas Smital will spend at least a 4th season with the Guildford Flames ice hockey club. The 6’1”, 210lb winger finished second among team scoring charts during last season’s Premier Cup winning campaign. Over 60 games he enjoyed an 82 point season with 32 goals and a team topping 50 assists. Since joining the side from Bracknell Bees in the summer of 2007, the former Czech junior international has iced 173 times for the Spectrum outfit and has 99 goals and 242 points.

Telford Tigers player-coach Tom Watkins has announced his first new foreign player for the coming season - Latvian forward Andrejs Maslovskis.
The 26-year-old was attracted to Telford after talking to his friend and former DHK Latgale team-mate Mindaugas Kieras, who now plays for Basingstoke.

The Slough Jets are today delighted to announce a unique partnership with the Chelmsford Chieftains of the English National League. The agreement which has been rubber stamped by the English Ice Hockey Association, will see the Essex based club act as a feeder club to their former English Premier League rivals.

Swindon Wildcats are delighted to confirm that they have secured the services of winger Toivo Suursoo for the 2010/11 and 2011/12 English Premier Ice Hockey League campaigns.
Suursoo hails from Tallinn in Estonia and was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings organisation in the 11th round, 283rd overall, of the 1994 NHL Entry draft. The 6-foot 34 year-old has enjoyed a successful career in some of the world's top ice hockey leagues.

The Slough Jets are delighted to announce the re-signing of British defenceman Andy Munroe for the 2010/11 season. The 27-year-old joined the Jets midway through last season having originally joined English Premier League rivals the Romford Raiders last summer.

The Guildford Flames ice hockey club have added further youth and speed to their line up with confirmation that former Newcastle Viper forward Ben Campbell will be joining the Spectrum outfit for 2010-2011. The 23 year old Durham native spent the past 3 seasons with Tyneside’s top club.

Swindon Wildcats ice hockey are delighted to announce the addition of Slovak power forward Jozef Liska to their English Premier Ice Hockey league roster for next season.
An experienced play-making forward with a natural eye for goal, 30 year-old Liska joins the Wildcats from the Slovenian league where he achieved 20 goals and 18 assists in 36 games, most recently with Partizan Beograd.

The Guildford Flames ice hockey club’s all time leader in games played will return for a 12th season. 32 year old forward Rick Plant has confirmed a new deal to stay with the Spectrum outfit through the 2010-2011 term. The 6’1”, 220lb skater closed the Premier Cup winning season with 55 points thanks to 26 goals and 29 assists from 59 games. His activity over the course of the campaign allowed him to become the first Flames player to ever cross the 600 games barrier. His career 566 point total puts him 3rd on the all time list and tops amongst British born players.
