Telford Tigers are getting ready for their return to action in September with help from trainers at DW Sports Fitness, at the Forge Retail Park in Telford.
The ice hockey team will be put through their paces by the professional personal trainers at the centre, with an emphasis on getting the team into peak condition ready to compete in the English Premier League.

The Slough Jets are delighted to announce the re-signing of Great Britain under 18's defenceman Billy Phillips for the 2010/11 season. The-18-year old returns to The Hangar having joined the Jets last summer from English Premier League rivals the Romford Raiders.

The English Premier Ice Hockey league’s 10 member clubs, including the newest member Telford Tigers, have released the 2010-2011 fixtures. The Flames will open play with a local derby challenge weekend concluding with a game at Guildford Spectrum on Sunday, September 12th at 6pm against Basingstoke Bison to follow up a trip to Hampshire 24 hours earlier. The reigning Premier Cup champions will begin their defence, and the search for a league crown, at home on Saturday, September 18th at 6pm against Bracknell Bees before setting off to Sheffield the following night.

Rob Lamey became the club’s 3rd longest serving member last season when he topped the 500 career games mark. A fresh contract means his tenure will continue into the 2010-2011 campaign. The 5’11”, 190lb forward took on the role of captain last September. He proceeded to put in the best offensive showing of his career when he registered 21 goals and 69 points to finish among the club’s top 3 point providers. His 518 games have produced 150 goals and 223 assists which holds him 9th on the club’s all time scoring list and 4th relative to active players.

The Swindon Wildcats have announced their ticket prices for their hugely anticipated 2010/2011 Premier League season as well as their regular season ticket prices.
The Link Centre was packed to the rafters at the end of last season with the Wildcats race for the Play offs really catching the imagination of the Swindon public, which is something the club hope to replicate in the new campaign.
